Business Process Management
Business Process Management lives at the edge of business and Information Technology
What is Business Process Management?
Business process management (BPM) is a systematic approach to improving an organization's
business processes. BPM activities seek to make business processes more effective, more
efficient, and more capable of adapting to an ever-changing environment. BPM is a subset
of infrastructure management, the administrative area of concern dealing with maintenance
and optimization of an organization's equipment and core operations.
CCMJ's approach involves developing an 'As-Is' state model of the process and then
developing a 'To-Be' or future state model of the process. We quantify savings by utilizing
measurements of the process inputs and outputs and resources required to perform the business
tasks. Once you have approved the models, we go to work implementing the new process from
start to finish - system changes, new systems, and process changes.
